Meals for the clients are provided in several spa restaurants, where the meals are prepared according to spa dietary principles of the Czech Republic. The attending physician prescribes a suitable type of diet, which the client can also discuss with a nutritional therapist. A diet number is provided next to each dish on all of our menus, indicating which diet the dish is suitable for, while the menus also contain all allergens and nutritional values, co that each client can make the right choice.

Is used during dormant stages of digestive tract disorders (functional disorders of the stomach, disorders concerning secretion of gastric juices, during chronic gastritis, gastric ulcers or duodenal ulcers, during chronic gallbladder disease, etc.), when no changes in the diet’s calorie content or the ratio of key nutrients are required. This is a full value diet, which is easily digested and can also be consumed in the long-term. A smaller amount of food is served at intervals of 2 to 3 hours. Food should be chewed well, eaten in a peaceful environment, not bolted and you should rest after every meal. Boiling, stewing and steaming are the processes to be used.
Rational diet No. 3 has no dietary limitation.
Is prescribed during pancreas and gallbladder disease (not acute). It is suitable for patients following gallbladder operations, after recovering from infectious hepatitis. It is identical to diet no. 2 to a large degree. But it has stricter requirements placed on preparation, on selection and the quantity of fats used (it has one third less fat content). The diet also results in a lower cholesterol intake.
This diet is full value from the calorie and biological aspect, but it is reduced fat, therefore it is significant for patients with sclerosis of the arteries, cardiac disorders and angina pectoris. An excessive quantity of fat can settle on the inner sides of the arteries, block blood flow and overburden the heart and the whole vascular system.
A reduced fat diet is also recommended during obesity.
It is aimed at clients for whom it is advisable to reach weight loss. Its energy value is close to the strict reduction diets. Protein intake is fully covered, but fats and carbohydrates are limited. This diet usually includes 1 to 2 fruit or vegetable days per week.
Is the key treatment for all diabetics. This diet is based on dividing food into several meals a day to assure a balanced consumption of carbohydrates with the smallest possible fluctuation in individual meals. Because this concerns a diet for long-term use, it is necessary that it contain all biologically important components (particularly vitamins and minerals) in a sufficient quantity to prevent health disorders due to their lack. The diet must also be sufficiently varied.
It is indicated for patients with celiac disease, Duhring's herpetiform dermatitis or allergy to gluten and wheat flour. In this diet, all foods made from cereals that contain gluten are eliminated. The diet includes not only special gluten-free foods, but also naturally gluten-free foods.
We offer basic foodstuffs. We recommend that clients declare a gluten-free diet in advance. We bake gluten-free pastries in our kitchen.
This diet is designed for patients with lactose intolerance. Foods with a lactose content > 2g/100g are excluded. The diet is complete under the conditions of sufficient hard cheese and hard cottage cheese, which naturally contain very little lactose, or calcium-enriched vegetable drinks or so-called low-lactose or lactose-free milk.
We offer basic foodstuffs. We recommend that clients declare a low lactose diet in advance.
We cooperate with all health insurance companies in providing spa care covered
